Donald J. Vizier, founder, has over 40 years of experience in the tug boat industry. In 1984, in order to support the growing demand for oilfield services, Donald established Tidewater Dock, Inc.

As general oilfield contractors, Tidewater Dock, Inc. specializes in production hook up for inland wells, pile driving, dredging, and general oilfield construction.

Tidewater Dock, Inc. offers 24 hour Oilfield services with four dock facilities, fully supported by tug boats, barges, cranes, crewboats, freshwater, labor, and a multitude of other services, equipment, and supplies.

General liability and auto coverage for up to $15,000,000.00.

Map And Directions

Our main (Golden Meadow) facility is located approximately 2.5 miles south of Golden Meadow, LA with dock space of 750 feet along Bayou Lafourche directly across from Tidewater Canal. The Leeville dock is 6 miles south of Golden Meadow with dock space of 98 feet along Bayou Lafourche with back canal and 200 feet of waterfront bulkhead in Boudreaux's Canal. Tidewater Dock's Larose facility is located on Delta Farms Road (old State Hwy 657) with dock space of 750 feet along the Intracoastal Canal. Our newest location, the Lafitte dock, is located at the end of Lafitte Highway with dock space of 525 feet along the Barataria Waterway.
